Scott Wilmont – President and Chief Executive Officer

Scott Wilmont is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Colo Solutions. Wilmont has over 15 years of experience in networking technologies, telecommunications, computer systems, large network design/implementation/support. Wilmont has been instrumental in the planning, technical design, and build-out of the internet data/colocation centers. His past 8 years have been in roles of executive technical management with an emphasis on budgeting, P&L, network design, integration, and new technologies. Prior to his current position, Wilmont was cofounder, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Technical Officer of Colo Solutions. Prior to this position Wilmont was President and founder of Internet Computer Support Services, a networking service and support company.

Before embarking on these entrepreneurial ventures, Wilmont worked with First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank) where he was responsible for the management of a 4000 user multi-state Microsoft and Novell network with a budget of $50 million; ENTEX Information Services (now a division of Siemens Information Services) where he was responsible for pre-sales technical support to Fortune 1000 companies and performed Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) studies; and Integrity Online where he was an integral technical resource in creating the first national filtered-ISP and held the position of President for the Florida operation.

Wilmont was among the first to install, troubleshoot, and support Novell Networks in 1988 and also among the first to achieve the prestigious Certified Novell Engineer (CNE, 1991). He also holds the following technical credits: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP, 1996), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE, 1996), Compaq Accredited Systems Engineer (Compaq ASE, 1996), and field experience/training on systems by Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Bay Networks (Nortel), and 3Com to name a few.

Paula Uselis – Executive Vice President of Marketing and Operations

Paula Uselis is responsible for establishing new lines of business and customer solutions, new product selection and marketing strategies, and strategic business alliances. She will be responsible for marketing of the products and services through public relations, advertising, corporate and product marketing, web site initiatives, and market and competitive research. Uselis is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including contract management, human resources, and administrative operations.

Uselis brings over sixteen years experience in marketing and product management, business development, and corporate communications. She also has an additional seven years experience in software engineering. Her experience comes from both initial company start-ups and large corporate environments in industries that include telecommunications, data communications, application software, medical operations and banking.

Prior to joining Colo Solutions, Uselis founded and was president of Cornerstone Marketing for 4.5 years, a full service marketing company focused on the marketing of high-tech companies and their products and services. Previous to owning her own company, Uselis was Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Westell Technologies (Nasdaq: WSTL) where she directed professionals in product management, product marketing, customer support, and corporate communications in the North American and International Markets.

Her previous experiences included GTE Telecom where she served as Director of the network management project in the international office in Puerto Rico; AT&T Paradyne where she served as manager of product marketing for T1 Networking Multiplexers and CSUs, IBM channel extension units and computer products. Uselis also held positions with Johnson and Johnson Home Health Care, GTE (now Verizon), Nations Bank, and NCR. She is a graduate of Auburn University where she holds bachelors degrees in math, computer science, and education.
