Managed Services - Detailed Descriptions:
Monitoring. Colo Solutions offers a full range of monitoring services from simple pinging through customized scripts that monitor and report on all major system components including server hardware, software and network elements. The customer’s requirements dictate whether the system should simply check for availability, monitor for predefined thresholds, track performance or proactively launch recovery scripts in response to system warnings to prevent serious problems and assure maximum availability and reliability.
Security. Colo Solutions delivers a comprehensive, closed-loop security service comprised of three major components: Assessment, Security Device Management and Security Monitoring. Assessments can be conducted periodically to provide customers a complete understanding of the vulnerability of their networks and systems to attacks by malicious hackers. With Security Device Management, Colo Solutions’ customers can completely outsource the management of their firewalls, intrusion detection systems and VPNs for 24x7 device management.
Web Portal. The Web Portal gives customers all the information they need, from current systems status to historical performance trends, to intelligently manage their e-business systems from any location through secure links. Choose any degree of hands-on management, from view-only access to complete administrative control. The Portal also offers dynamic, real-time and static reporting, with custom graphs to expedite mission-critical decisions.
