To assure this commitment to our customers, Colo Solutions has a comprehensive Service Level Agreement guaranteeing the highest level of availability, reliability and performance of our customers’ networks. In addition, our SLA details comprehensive service measurements, and guaranteed repair times. The Service Level Agreement is free to all Colo Solutions’ customers and is a standard part of our contract.

The Colo Solutions Service Level Agreement covers the three key network performance targets; uptime, network speed, and packet loss.

Uptime
Colo Solutions guarantees that the customers network will have an uptime of no less than 99.99% per month.

Network Speed
Colo Solutions’ SLA guarantees an “industry leading” performance level for average monthly latency (speed). We guarantee that our customers’ network speed will not exceed 85 milliseconds per round-trip.

Packet Loss
Colo Solutions offers a “better than industry standard” Packet Loss (reliability) guarantee. We guarantee that our customers’ network average Packet Loss will not exceed 1%.

In addition, Colo Solutions guarantees performance standards for backup power, redundant uninterruptible power supply, security and safety of the facility, and maintenance of the facility.

Colo Solutions is committed to providing “industry leading” performance standards for our customers’ networks. If the Colo Solutions SLA guarantees are not met, the customer will receive free service credit from Colo Solutions.
