Hybrid Cloud Storage, Off-site Backup & Veeam Snap-shot Restoration Keeps Data Secure

Data loss can be devastating for a business, but we’ve put multiple systems in place to ensure your work is protected, saved, and restorable. Some companies with storage hardware on-site need to expand whether for seasonal business or to avoid additional hardware and power costs. We offer a hybrid option, which can grant you cloud storage to supplement the physical storage you already have.

In the event that a malicious actor gains access to your data, whether through ransomware or a crypto-locker, we have systems in place as an option to capture and restore data for back-up purposes. We offer colocation customers the ability to store their data on Colo Solutions' private cloud and utilize snap-shot restoration services through Veeam and/or the ability to store their data in our back-up servers at an off-site location in the mid-Atlantic for additional data redundancy and protection from catastrophic events.

Real-time Security & Monitoring Systems Ensure >99.999% Uptime

Our facility is kept highly secure through means including dual factor authentication (proximity key card and PIN), mantrap at facility entrance, uniquely keyed locking cabinets, and recorded video surveillance with 90-day retention, which allows 24/7/365 unescorted access by authorized personnel only.

We utilize advanced facility management and monitoring of power, APS, ATS, batteries, generators, CRACs, temperature, humidity, fire detection/suppression systems, glass breakage, water detection, and network monitoring. This guarantees the appropriate conditions are maintained at all times and ensures our uptime of >99.999%.

We also have advanced HVAC, smoke, heat, and fire monitoring to guarantee the appropriate temperatures and conditions are maintained at all times.
